Important: Our Policy for Authentic Goods
Byvayomi specializes in authentic, often handcrafted items sourced directly from master artisans. Each piece is unique and undergoes a rigorous quality check before dispatch.
Due to the exclusive nature of our sourcing, we cannot accept returns for "Change of Mind", "Style Preference", or "Size Issues" (unless verified vs chart).Returns are accepted ONLY for authentic Defects or Damages proved by an Unboxing Video.
1. NO Unboxing Video = NO Refund
This is a NON-NEGOTIABLE requirement. Fraudulent claims of "empty boxes" or "damaged on arrival" will be rejected without this proof.
Video Requirements:
- Show the sealed shipping label clearly before opening.
- Record the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
- Show the product condition and the defect clearly in the same continuous shot.
2. Eligible Conditions (7-Day Window)
Covered
- Structural Damage: Torns, broken artifacts, unwearable defects.
- Wrong Product: Color/Pattern completely different from image.
- Missing Parts: Proven by unboxing video.
NOT Covered
- "Didn't Like It": Personal preference returns are banned.
- Minor Variations: Thread pulls or irregularities typical of Handcrafts.
- Slight Color Difference: Due to screen brightness vs reality.
