To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, a complete, unedited 360-degree unboxing video is MANDATORY for all return or refund requests.
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Return requests initiated after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags, cards, and accessories intact.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
If a return is initiated due to personal preference (e.g., "Don't like the color", "Changed my mind"), a reverse shipping fee of ₹150 - ₹500 (depending on weight) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Due to high cross-border logistics costs, International Orders are FINAL SALE. We do NOT accept returns for "Change of Mind", "Fit Issues", or "Personal Preference". Refunds are issued ONLY if the item arrives damaged or incorrect (Video Proof Required).
Note: International shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.
